Store General Manager Trainee
Description:
The manager is the example and head and is ultimately responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the convenience store.
The individual filling this position should be someone that is a leader and can delegate and hold people that work under them accountable.
This position must be able to fulfill all the responsibilities thoroughly and consistently above average.
The manager is ultimately responsible for everything that happens in their store.
This position prepares an individual to assume the role of a store manager upon completion of training or at the need of the Company.
